The Popular Show Campaign 4 Reveals the Fighters Group

Ever since the premiere of Campaign 4, recently appointed game master Brennan Mulligan has maintained audience suspense with extensive world-building, a diverse cast of characters, and a thrilling plot featuring angels, fiends, and sinister influences increasing in power within the urban setting.

Heads-up: Revealing details for Episode 3 of Campaign 4 are included.

The Combat-Oriented Party Revealed

The third episode finished on a dramatic pause and presented the first table of characters who will branch out from the main group to begin their separate journey, distinct from the additional parties.

This warrior group features the determined fighter (brought to life by Travis), the nimble rogue (Laura), the fierce warrior (the cast member), Wicander (Sam Riegel), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie Daymond).

Dividing the Cast

With a large ensemble, it was clear from the start that having everyone at one table would be impossible.

Hence, the initial installments of this story serve as an Overture, intertwining the characters’ stories before dividing into three separate parties: Soldiers, Schemers, and Explorers.

Characteristics of the Warrior Group

Per the Dungeon Master, the Soldiers table is for adventurers who prefer a classically intense battle-oriented narrative style where diplomatic options are few and far between.

Upon first impression, characters like the squeamish cleric the cleric might appear mismatched, but the actions of episode 3 demonstrate why these particular heroes are perfectly fit for the warrior group.

Reasons to Leave

To begin with, the group understands precisely where to proceed after a violent opening clash with The Crow Keepers.

Casimir of the deceased character—whose demise started the campaign’s events—exploited The Crow Keepers for his personal gain, invading Thjazi’s hideout, attacking the character, and stealing all the enchanted items to sell off.

Casimir then settled his obligations and ran away to a fortified location in the northern region, north of Dol-Makjar, with Teor’s brother hot on his heels.

Individual Reasons

Additionally, each member has a individual motive to depart the metropolitan area:

  • The rogue, as the close ally and closest confidant, seeks retribution.
  • The knowledgeable figure knows Timmony and warns that it is a hostile location.
  • The warrior and The cleric, having disobeyed his family’s wishes to kill Teor and instead saved him, have nowhere else to go.
  • Yet, their reputation as key figures in House Halovar could enable the team reach places they typically wouldn’t be able to.
  • Additionally, The fighter pledged a eternal obligation to The cleric for his deliverance and will now follow him anywhere.

Pursued by Authorities

Lastly, all of them are sought by the authorities that govern the setting for a range of causes, making staying in the city dangerous:

  • The rogue and The character are known criminals.
  • Tyranny and Wicander turned against the powerful family and the legion of demons they are aligned with.
  • The target is marked for death by the clan.

This results in them little choice but to travel to the northern region in pursuit of the antagonist.

What’s Next?

From episode three’s post-show segment, we discover that the warrior group will be absent next week, leaving the remaining eight players to form the Seekers and Planners parties.

Audiences can look forward to learning which characters will be in which group in Campaign 4’s last Overture episode, released on the upcoming Thursday.
